For fingerprint prevention on plastic touch panels and various films! Adding a small amount imparts dirt resistance, low refractive index, slip resistance, and water and oil repellency.

The "FloroSurf FS-702X Series" is a product that can impart functionalities such as anti-fouling, low refractive index, slip properties, and water and oil repellency by adding a small amount to UV-curable acrylic hard coat agents. During drying, the fluorine component rises to the surface of the hard coat agent to exhibit its functions, and an addition amount of about 1-3% is sufficient. It offers good cost performance. It also demonstrates effectiveness in enhancing abrasion resistance as it co-polymerizes and integrates with the components of the hard coat agent during UV irradiation. Paint Killer has excellent characteristics that transform overspray paint in circulating water into a non-sticky precipitate (or floating material) simply by adding it to the water. 【Features】 Overspray mist is transformed into a non-sticky state, allowing it to float or settle. To prevent water from decaying, continuous operation of the booth without drainage is possible. The paint is less likely to adhere to the booth body, eliminating the need for daily cleaning and reducing the frequency of regular maintenance. Proper pH management can prevent corrosion of the iron parts in the water tank. 【Usage】 The standard addition amount of Paint Killer is 0.3% of the water volume (3 kilograms for 1000 liters of water). When using a pump-less booth of the PLB type, it is sufficient to add a small amount near the serrated plate while the booth is operating and the water is well agitated.
